2012: While managing a painting and wine studio in Colorado, I knew that the next step was to merge my love of being creative and problem solving with being on the go and in front of people.
2013: My real estate career began in Denver, Colorado, where the market was HOT and people were moving into the city daily. I started off working as a Buyers agent on a team and specialized in helping Buyers move in an around Douglas County (Parker, CO, Castle Rock, CO, Highlands Ranch) in tandem with metro Denver. I had the experience of learning about farm land, wells, rehab properties, historic homes, and suburb living. Because the market was so hot, meaning homes went under contract in less than 48 hours, my sole job was how to position my client in 1st place to get their offer accepted by the Seller when there were many offers on the table.
In 2015, my mini me was born and I ventured into the real estate world as a solo agent working for a big company which gave me a lot of flexibility. In 2017, I moved back to my native state of Little Rock, Arkansas and worked on mastering the details of new construction in and around central Arkansas creating builder partnerships with Graham Smith Construction, Randy James Construction and a handful of other Builders. On top of that, I help people sell and buy homes while achieving their goals of finances, location, and lifestyle.Aligning myself with Keller Williams Realty in Little Rock is what allows me to service my customers at an exceptional level with their top technology, training, and systems. I am surrounded by other Realtors that have been in the industry for longer than I have (7+ years) and give back to my community.
