Getting into Arkansas Real Estate
I started real estate in 2013 after running an art and wine studio in Denver, Colorado. Real estate was a great way to marry what “made my heart happy,” which was business and creativity. Joining a company that had the best program to train new agents, was important so I jumped in to learn the ins and outs of the business. The Denver home market was fast pace with multiple offers and agents with great negotiation skills. Whew! That put me to the test and now is what makes me such a successful agent for my clients.
When I moved back to my hometown of Little Rock after spending years in Denver, I went to work with my brother’s construction company. After two years working I closed nearly 100 homes for $20M and made it in the top 5 of realtors on the MLS in Arkansas. Working primarily with semi-custom and custom home builders, developing subdivisions, and guiding homebuyers in purchasing new construction homes provided me with unmatched skills to those in the industry. And Yes, you still need a realtor when building a new home!
I get the process of building a home from dirt to the final dwelling.
